Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which Webspin LLC (“Webspin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides refunds for website purchases. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, no questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at support@webspin.com with your order details. We will process your refund within five (5) business days of receiving your request.
2. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten (5–10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
3. After the Refund Period
After the fourteen (14) day refund period has expired, all sales are final. We are not obligated to provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for purchases outside the refund period.
4. Effect of Refund on Delivered Websites
If a refund is issued after a website has been delivered to you:
- If Webspin is hosting your website, we may take down the website and discontinue hosting services upon processing the refund.
- If website files have been delivered to you, you agree to delete all copies of the delivered files and cease using the website design. Your license to use the website, as described in our Terms of Service, terminates upon refund.
Webspin reserves the right to verify compliance with this section.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, we encourage you to contact us at support@webspin.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We will work with you to resolve any billing issues promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays in resolution and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
6. Exceptions
This Refund Policy applies to website purchases only. Any additional services (such as optional hosting or maintenance subscriptions, if offered) may be subject to separate cancellation and refund terms, which will be provided at the time of purchase of those services.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes to this policy will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the update.
