Webspin builds websites for small businesses. Request a free preview using your current website, ortell us about your new business. You can also open the preview link if we’ve emailed you. We review requests and build before you buy. If the finished site fits, it’s yours for a one-time $399, including a downloadable export. Hosting and editing are optional. There’s no obligation to buy.

Why we work this way

Getting a website made usually means discovery calls, a design brief, a deposit, and weeks of waiting — all before you’ve seen a single page. You pay first and hope it turns out. Most small-business owners just never get around to it.

We do the design first, using public business information and details you provide — your services, hours, photos, and reviews. Then you decide. A preview request needs no deposit or payment card. We may ask for more information to get the details right.

And because a website is never really finished, it doesn’t end at handoff. Every site we sell comes with an editor: change your hours, prices, and photos yourself, or describe a bigger change and let the AI draft it for your review. We host the site on your domain and keep it fast and secure, for $19 a month (or $200 a year). Eligible first subscriptions may include a free period, shown before checkout.

How is it $399?

The design is done by AI, working from a design system and layout library we’ve built and keep tuning. That’s what lets us do at scale, and on spec, what a freelance designer does one client at a time — and it’s why the price buys what used to cost a lot more.

And when you write to us, we read it and answer — usually within a business day.

What you can count on

• You can take your site with you. The one-time purchase includes a full export to keep, modify, host elsewhere, or hand to a developer. Third-party assets and embedded platform material remain subject to the licenses described in our Terms.
• The subscription is optional, and leaving is safe. Hosting and editing are a monthly plan you can cancel whenever you like. If you stop, the site is still yours as an export. Download a copy before closing your account. You can restart hosting later.
• No surprises at checkout. The price you’re shown is the price you pay. And if you change your mind, you have 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
• Your business, your information. We use publicly available business information and content you provide. We don’t crawl pages behind a login. Previews are marked not to be indexed by search engines, and you can ask us to remove yours. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and retain information.
